Zion Coffee Bar is Open in Peoria's Warehouse District! 

Zion Coffee, a local specialty coffee company, has opened our first coffee bar in the historic Union Depot Hotel at 803 SW Adams in Peoria’s Warehouse District. The shop features direct-relationship coffees, specialty cocktails, wines, beer and locally produced artisan foods.

“The old Union Depot hotel is rich in history and we are excited to see its next chapter helping to bring innovative, new businesses like Zion Coffee Bar to the Warehouse District,” First District Councilwoman Denise Moore said.

Founded in December 2013, Zion sources specialty coffee directly from small growers in Central America. Zion’s unique farmer-direct, profit-sharing model promotes collaboration with farmers through investment in projects, tools and education. The business model supports development of high quality coffees in an economically, environmentally and socially sustainable manner.
